Having previously been included in a larger group, a change of ownership meant that Dobbies had to take over their own energy procurement.  They came to us looking for help in transitioning away from their current arrangement and to put in place contracts and a risk management strategy suitable for their new environment.

Once the optimal transition timing had been negotiated and new contracts put in place, we were asked to help analyse their consumption and develop an energy management strategy to reduce costs and improve their carbon footprint.  Working side by side with their in-house team, significant opportunities for savings have been identified, which will be delivered by an ongoing programme.
