The devil is in the detail, and I find the nuances of energy products and pricing strategies fascinating. There is a huge amount of energy data in the market, yet few brokers or consultants really utilise it and turn that data into information that’s actually useful for customers. My goal is to make it more than useful and to turn the information we can provide into a tool that will bring our customers real competitive advantage. I’ve worked in the UK Gas and power industry for over 20 years leading the energy pricing and purchasing for two major commercial energy suppliers. It has been great to be an industry analyst, and now it’s even better to be able to bring that expertise to a new business determined to put our customers first.
